Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage candidates through innovative and effective outreach strategies.

• Interact with candidates and facilitate the scheduling of phone screenings and interviews via email, phone, and ATS platforms.

• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and negotiate job offers.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and outreach records in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to plan headcount and streamline recruiting processes.

• Monitor recruiting metrics to generate reports and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Represent Trulieve at recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach activities to enhance employer branding.

• Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and special projects as required.

• Act as the main recruiting contact for retail hiring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing methods.

• Familiarity with recruiting for diverse roles.

• Experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors is preferred.

• Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems; knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas).

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to interact with various personalities across different levels of seniority.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and professionalism for effective communication with all management and staff levels.

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years (or at least 18 years in CT, PA, and WV).

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
