Recruiter – Teilzeit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process (End-to-End)

• Creation and publication of job postings on relevant channels

• Active sourcing through various platforms and networks

• Review and pre-selection of applications as well as conducting initial interviews

• Professional pre-qualification of candidates in close collaboration with the departments and management

• Coordination and scheduling of job interviews

• Maintenance and further development of applicant databases

• Point of contact for applicants throughout the entire application process

• Participation in the optimization of recruiting strategies and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting or human resources

• Excellent knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools

• Experience in active sourcing and candidate outreach, ideally in the trades sector

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills, discretion, and confident demeanor

• Fluent in German, with negotiation-level proficiency (C1)
