Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Implement extensive candidate sourcing strategies to discover passive talent within specialized technology sectors.

• Initiate outreach and conduct preliminary screening calls to promote exclusive, retained opportunities to senior candidates.

• Provide a steady flow of qualified profiles in alignment with weekly KPIs (CVs submitted, profiles added, and calls scheduled).

• Assist in transitioning qualified candidates to the UK-based leadership team for subsequent interview stages.

• Oversee high-volume outreach through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.

• Keep precise records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the search lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a recruitment setting, particularly in a resourcing or delivery-oriented role.

• Proven capability to source and engage high-caliber candidates for intricate positions.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage in discussions with senior professionals.

• Availability to work UK business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT) with occasional flexibility to accommodate international project needs.

• A results-oriented mindset with the capacity to achieve weekly delivery goals and KPIs.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Emailing, and Cold Calling.

• High level of proficiency in English.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools for reporting and organization.

• Prior experience collaborating with offshore teams or working remotely.
