This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete in-house recruitment cycle for the organization.
• Handle incoming applications and agency partnerships.
• Execute direct sourcing and headhunting initiatives.
• Take ownership of the entire hiring process within the investment team, sales, corporate, and support areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on defining roles, establishing competency frameworks, and structuring interviews and calibrations.
• Organize assessments focusing on technical, functional, and cultural criteria.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate candidate discussions and negotiations during the offer stage to closure.
• Spearhead direct sourcing and headhunting efforts via LinkedIn.
• Develop and enhance Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
• Create and maintain real-time market maps.
• Sustain long-term talent pipelines.
• Perform ongoing market analysis.
• Evaluate recruitment KPIs and provide reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and sourcing channels.
• Ensure accuracy of ATS data.
• Produce regular leadership reports on hiring advancements.
• Enhance the employer brand through content creation, referral programs, and improving the candidate experience.
• Ensure adherence to employment legislation, GDPR, and internal hiring protocols.
• Minimum of five years of recruitment experience, acquired within an in-house team, executive search, or a specialized agency.
• Proven experience in recruiting for private equity or a similar alternative-assets sector.
• Background in direct sourcing and headhunting, with a successful track record of independently placing candidates.
• Proficient and practical knowledge of LinkedIn, including project management, Boolean and X-Ray search, and pipeline analytics.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Confidence in collaborating with partners and senior hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Meticulous approach to confidentiality and sound judgment in managing sensitive information related to candidates and the firm.
• Must possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
