Recruiter – Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and publish job advertisements

• Evaluate and shortlist received applications

• Facilitate and assist in the recruitment process from application to hiring

• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to evaluate their motivation, qualifications, and personality

• Collaborate closely with department leaders, particularly in Coaching and Sales

• Organize interviews at every level

• Ensure a well-structured, transparent, and respectful selection procedure

• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication

• Maintain and enhance recruitment processes and candidate data within Personio

• Track ongoing recruitment processes and relevant metrics

• Contribute to the advancement of recruiting at DGO and assume administrative HR responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Training in commercial or business administration, a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or a similar qualification

• Hands-on recruiting experience and familiarity with contemporary recruitment processes

• Organized, reliable, and self-sufficient working approach

• Capability to maintain oversight of multiple open positions concurrently

• Proficient use of digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft 365

• Digital savvy with a quick learning ability for new HR systems in a solution-focused manner

• Professional and collaborative communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities

• Empathy, teamwork, and respectful communication

• Willingness to work autonomously and share personal insights

• Readiness to take on responsibilities for administrative HR tasks
