Recruiter Intern, 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in the comprehensive recruitment process from start to finish

• Create and disseminate job postings

• Evaluate incoming CVs and resumes

• Conduct preliminary phone interviews with candidates

• Arrange interview invitations and selection meetings

• Perform interviews and make candidate selections

• Gather necessary administrative documents

• Assist in making hiring decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources (HR) program

• Collaborative team player who is comfortable with remote work

• Ability to respond swiftly, make a significant impact, and work autonomously

• Strong proficiency in digital tools

• Availability for a full-time internship lasting 6 months

• Fluency in French is mandatory
