This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and secure skilled talent.
• Recruit across various sectors, including manufacturing, operations, commercial, R&D, and corporate functions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Formulate effective sourcing strategies to find the right candidates.
• Conduct interviews based on competencies to assess potential hires.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leverage modern recruitment technologies and best practices to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal company policies.
• Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.
• Act as an ambassador for the company's culture.
• Advanced degree with no prior experience required, or a Bachelor's degree combined with 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Preferred fields of study include Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Additional HR/recruiting certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools; experience with Workday is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, including social media, Boolean search techniques, and direct approach methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in clinical research, pharma/biotech, or the life sciences sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
• Capability to build relationships and influence others without direct authority.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages may be necessary depending on the location.
• Ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Availability for up to 10–15% travel.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
