This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in the recruitment process for designated roles, which involves posting job openings, reviewing submitted applications, reaching out to initial candidates, and organizing interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates during the hiring journey and provide timely updates on their status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and monitor the progress of open positions.
• Keep accurate records of applicant information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activities.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts to attract qualified candidates and promote available employment opportunities.
• High School Diploma or its Equivalent.
• An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong desire to advance professionally in recruitment and Talent Acquisition, along with a readiness to learn and acquire new skills.
• A willingness to enhance knowledge of recruiting practices, employment laws, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
