This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, making selections, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Manage current job listings and ensure accurate maintenance of candidate and recruitment records.
• Evaluate resumes, perform screening calls, and conduct interviews.
• Recruit for roles including technicians, facilities and property operations staff, as well as administrative, professional, and management positions.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements, assess candidates, and support the selection process.
• Prepare candidate summaries, provide interview feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
• Conduct and coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment screenings.
• Enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experiences, and streamline hiring workflows.
• Offer HR administrative support throughout employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee information and HR processes using Rippling.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of W-2 employees, international contractors, and U.S. contractors.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records via Google Drive, Rippling, and Asana.
• Facilitate performance review scheduling, tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support engagement surveys, quarterly company-wide meetings, and employee-centric activities.
• Audit and enhance HR processes, procedures, documentation, projects, and communication strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience, ideally within a U.S.-based company or international recruitment context.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Rippling.
• Proven experience managing the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate assessments, and selection support for technical, operational, professional, and management roles.
• Prior experience in providing HR administrative support, including onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, and other essential HR processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The entirety of the workday will be conducted in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with robust coordination, follow-up, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new HR, recruitment, and productivity platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment are required.
• Availability Monday through Friday, approximately from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
