Recruiter, Global Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Foster an inclusive candidate experience for Gap Inc.'s Global Supply Chain division and Contact Centers.

• Collaborate with leaders at Gap Inc., as well as HR, Inclusion + Belonging, and Communications teams.

• Identify, engage, and recruit diverse talent.

• Provide coaching to Business Leaders on inclusive recruitment and hiring methodologies.

• Create, prioritize, and implement recruiting strategies in conjunction with Campus Leaders.

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle and talent pipelining for support and professional roles, including maintenance, operations, and asset protection.

• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with Campus Leaders and business partners.

• Assist in the development of recruiting training programs and curricula.

• Ensure a consistent and brand-aligned candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Employ creative and innovative sourcing approaches.

• Advise business partners on identifying, developing, and executing recruitment and hiring strategies.

• Proactively foresee operational or programmatic challenges and devise preventative solutions.

• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers leveraging functional expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, and/or in Retail Management is preferred.

• Proficiency in innovative sourcing techniques coupled with exceptional networking abilities.

• Capability to consult and collaborate with various business partners having diverse needs.

• Strong business acumen and insights into the marketplace.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

• Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.

• Competence in managing customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

• Experience working in a large, matrixed team environment.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills suitable for diverse audience levels.

• Deep curiosity and understanding of external market dynamics and trends within retail or related fields.

• Ability to anticipate potential operational or programmatic issues and formulate preventative strategies.

• Functional expertise to offer advice to Hiring Managers.
