Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing resumes, identifying candidates, posting job openings, conducting interviews, administering tests, and evaluating candidates.

• Effectively handle all phases of the recruitment process from a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for various roles, from operational to strategic levels.

• Must reside in Blumenau or nearby areas.

• Possess a personal laptop.

• Availability to work during standard business hours.

• Preferred: actively pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
