Recruiter – Freelance, 100% Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job openings through various available channels

• Review and evaluate resumes

• Actively seek out potential candidates

• Reach out to and engage with professionals

• Conduct interviews

• Evaluate candidate profiles

• Create candidate assessments following the company’s standard internal template

• Collaborate effectively on Recruitment and Selection activities

• Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency

• Capability to conduct recruitment processes effectively

• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results

• High school diploma
