Recruiter – Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional talent for AeroVect in a competitive landscape.

• Collaborate closely with AeroVect’s Head of Talent and the operations team to grasp hiring goals and align sourcing strategies effectively.

• Continuously build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.

• Play a key role in providing a high-quality and comprehensive candidate experience.

• Employ innovative sourcing methods to draw in top talent, utilizing networking, events, and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, focusing on sourcing and innovative approaches to attracting talent.

• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting talent for field operations roles (such as operators, technicians, etc.).

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.

• Experience within rapidly growing and scaling start-ups.
