This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, priorities, and deadlines.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on recruitment processes, interviewing methods, and effective candidate evaluation techniques.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and ensure fair, consistent assessment of candidates.
• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through targeted outreach and relationship development.
• Establish and sustain diverse talent pipelines.
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
• Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews.
• Organize interviews with hiring managers and panelists across various stakeholders, time zones, and calendars.
• Assist in offer creation within Workday and coordinate with compensation, HR business partners, and hiring managers.
• Initiate background checks, progress candidates to hire status in Workday, and facilitate onboarding transitions.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Ensure that recruiting activities adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal policies.
• Suggest enhancements to recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
• Monitor industry trends, talent markets, and labor statistics to inform data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Engage in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources functions.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/specialized roles (engineering) and/or non-technical roles (sales, marketing).
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates for challenging roles using LinkedIn or similar tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is required; Workday experience is preferred.
• Proven history of collaborating with hiring managers and candidates regarding timelines and process expectations.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Skill in independently coordinating interviews among various stakeholders, time zones, and calendars.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws, as well as OFCCP and EEO compliance (preferred).
• Experience aiding candidates requiring U.S. work authorization (preferred).
• Exposure to global recruiting, including Canada (preferred).
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple teams and business functions (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities (preferred).
• Capability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels (preferred).
• Experience contributing to improvements in recruitment processes or system enhancements (preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service across various business units and management structures (preferred).
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment within established guidelines (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (preferred).
• A collaborative team player with strong emotional intelligence (preferred).
• Ability to excel in a remote or hybrid work setting (preferred).
