This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively source and headhunt candidates for Media Buying and related positions

• Utilize Telegram, LinkedIn, job boards, specialized communities, referrals, and your personal network to find candidates

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and initial screening to extending offers and coordinating the candidate's start date

• Keep the candidate database in PeopleForce current and organized

• Generate recruitment reports and promptly update candidate statuses

• Build your own candidate database and network within the Affiliate Marketing sector

• Aid in the development of the employer brand and discover new channels for attracting candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter in Affiliate Marketing or iGaming

• Capability to independently manage the complete recruitment cycle

• Proven experience in actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, and specialized communities

• Proficiency in handling multiple vacancies at the same time
