Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various roles across different business units.

• Act as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and HR teams.

• Create effective sourcing strategies and cultivate robust talent pipelines.

• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates during the recruitment process.

• Work in partnership with hiring managers and HR personnel.

• Influence talent strategy while embodying the company’s culture and values.

• Represent the organization at recruitment events and career fairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree with 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of similar experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.

• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment across various business functions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for metrics and presentations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and consultation abilities at all organizational levels.

• Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting to generate insights and support decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).

• Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing through collaboration.

• Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.

• Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
