📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of recruitment efforts that encompass hardware, AI software, and go-to-market positions.

• Take responsibility for each recruitment process from the initial hiring manager intake to the acceptance of the offer.

• Establish the job specifications, conduct level calls, assess the market, design interview tests, and develop closing strategies.

• Persuade hiring teams to elevate their hiring standards by utilizing evidence-based insights.

• Recruit talent across areas such as silicon design and verification, compiler and ML framework engineering, alongside go-to-market leadership roles.

• Create independent candidate evaluations based on tangible evidence, including completed projects, tapeouts, code repositories, or published papers.

• Develop interview loops and scorecards tailored to the roles.

• Facilitate thorough interview debriefs to make informed hiring decisions.

• Establish recruitment processes while the surrounding systems are undergoing reconstruction.

• Proven experience managing the recruitment process from start to finish, across multiple domains.

• Background in both technical and go-to-market recruitment sectors.

• Demonstrated success in closing senior-level candidates who have received higher-paying offers.

• Skill in translating ambiguous hiring manager requests into clear written specifications, complete with level calls and articulated trade-offs.

• Capability to reassess essential requirements when there are changes in level or budget constraints.

• Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Must meet eligibility criteria to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including compliance with citizenship/permanent residency or prior license approval requirements.
