Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, administrative tasks, and personnel coordination.

• Search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and ATS.

• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews.

• Post job vacancies.

• Follow up with candidates, verify references, and conduct background checks.

• Update information in ATS and manage pipelines.

• Support staffing processes for operational and hospitality positions.

• Maintain constant communication with candidates and the internal team.

• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment.

• Provide occasional support at events or staffing needs during weekends, with prior notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Customer Service, or Sales.

• Advanced verbal and written English skills.

• Experience conducting interviews and candidate calls.

• Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

• Experience in Boolean Search or sourcing (preferred).

• Experience with staffing agencies (a plus).

• Education: Baccalaureate / Middle Education.
