Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive recruiting for healthcare roles in the U.S., which include Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Dietitians.

• Recruit corporate talent globally across various fields such as Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and other business sectors.

• Identify and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Review resumes and conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to grasp hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and formulate recruitment strategies.

• Enhance the candidate experience from the first point of contact to the job offer stage.

• Contribute to employer branding through the creation of job descriptions, outreach messaging, and candidate communications.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future openings.

• Keep precise reports on personnel, new hires, and talent acquisition KPIs in conjunction with the HR Manager.

• Monitor, assess, and refine recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness.

• Lead innovative talent projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, which encompasses hunting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for the U.S. market (mandatory).

• Practical experience with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

• Strategic mindset that views talent as a long-term business asset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic startup environments where priorities may shift and ambiguity exists.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals in the U.S., such as Providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) and Dietitians (preferred).

• Background in recruiting corporate talent in areas like Marketing, Finance, and Technology (preferred).

• Familiar with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers across various time zones and cultures (preferred).
