📋 Description

• Execute recruitment and selection procedures

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the ideal candidate profile desired by the hiring organization

• Offer consultative guidance throughout every phase of the selection procedure

• Identify and evaluate professionals possessing the necessary skills and cultural fit

• Present shortlisted finalist candidates

• Provide a list of pre-qualified candidates

• Adhere to deadlines with agility and efficiency

• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection, ideally within an HR consultancy or employment agency

• Background in remote work within a productivity-focused role

• Possess essential equipment, including a laptop and a reliable internet connection

• Degree or professional qualification in Psychology

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Operate as a service provider under individual business (PJ) status, with an active MEI registration for invoicing

• Demonstrated sense of urgency

• Strong resilience

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
