• Oversee the recruitment and selection processes.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the profile required by the hiring organization.

• Locate professionals who possess the necessary skills and fit within the company culture.

• Offer consultative assistance throughout each phase of the hiring process.

• Present shortlisted candidates to the hiring team.

• Provide pre-qualified candidates that align with the specified profile.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection (HR consultancy or employment agency).

• Background in remote work with a focus on productivity.

• Must possess the requisite equipment (laptop and dependable, high-speed internet).

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

• Advanced education in Psychology.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Service provider agreement as a PJ contractor, with an active MEI registration for invoicing.
