This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive the job profile along with direct guidance from the consulting firm

• Evaluate resumes and identify candidates that fit the profile

• Conduct online or video qualification interviews with selected candidates

• Prepare assessments for finalists and present them to the consulting firm

• Concentrate solely on recruitment and selection, without responsibilities for client acquisition, job briefing, advertisement creation, or account management

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in screening resumes and conducting selection interviews

• Strong skills in profile assessment, active listening, and communication

• Organized methodology for managing candidates and meeting delivery timelines

• Independence and motivation to generate additional income based on productivity

• Additional training or vocational qualifications are preferred
