International Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated job vacancies in partnership with Atlean World

• Identify candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and networking

• Perform pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate fit

• Present selected candidates to Atlean World’s internal hiring team

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Develop and manage a candidate network across global markets

• Discover new sourcing avenues, markets, and recruitment techniques

• Monitor performance and strive toward personal and financial objectives

• Establish a professional reputation through consistent achievements and quality recruitment

• Operate autonomously while collaborating with Atlean World

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO sector

• Familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media channels
