This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidates to creating shortlists.

• Conduct well-structured and professional interviews with candidates.

• Evaluate candidates beyond their resumes and qualifications, considering factors such as communication abilities, personality traits, motivation, attitude, professionalism, reliability, accountability, and capability to fulfill role requirements.

• Provide informed recommendations regarding the progression of candidates.

• Use independent judgement rather than relying solely on predefined checklists.

• Detect potential issues, inconsistencies, and warning signs throughout the recruitment process.

• Establish strong relationships with candidates and ensure a professional experience for them.

• Effectively communicate candidate strengths, concerns, and overall suitability to hiring stakeholders.

• Keep accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process.

• Work collaboratively with the broader recruitment and Talent Delivery team.

• Handle multiple vacancies and candidates while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

• Take accountability for recruitment decisions and guide candidates through the process.

• Uphold strict confidentiality when managing candidate and client information.

• Continuously seek to enhance the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related field.

• Strong skills in candidate assessment and interviewing.

• Proven ability to make independent judgement calls in candidate evaluations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Capability to swiftly understand various personalities and evaluate cultural and behavioral fit.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

• High degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Ability to foster trust with both candidates and clients.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for tasks.

• Confidence in operating with minimal supervision.

• Experience in healthcare recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
