Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to offer presentation.

• Identify and recruit IT professionals for key accounts, primarily on a contract basis.

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to define qualification criteria and candidate specifications.

• Evaluate resumes and applications, and interview potential candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines.

• Advertise job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Cultivate relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT candidates.

• Utilize AI tools such as Sense messaging for communication with consultants and candidates.

• Manage consultants and candidates using Bullhorn ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS tools.

• Engage in daily recruiting team meetings to review requisitions and prioritize urgent positions.

• Deliver 8–10 qualified candidates per week to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Strong knowledge of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity.

• Suitable work-from-home setup.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
