This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Take charge of the complete recruitment cycle—from assessing workforce needs to final hiring decisions.

• Create innovative recruitment approaches and enhance our sourcing methods.

• Facilitate interviews and ensure effective candidate management.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably, experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, such as medical technologists for radiology (MTRs), physicians, medical assistants, or nursing staff.

• Proficient in active sourcing, especially within the healthcare industry.

• Self-reliant, organized, and proactive in work approach.

• Exceptional communication skills and a professional, dependable demeanor when engaging with candidates and partners.

• Strong interest in contemporary recruiting tools, social media, and data-driven techniques.

• Fluent in the German language.
