This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and publish job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates in the healthcare sector, ensuring that postings effectively reach the target audience.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for available positions.
• Review candidate profiles and facilitate the selection process, which includes coordinating interviews and providing feedback to applicants.
• Accurately and confidentially manage personnel records, training trackers, and compliance requirements within the HRIS.
• Offer guidance to management on workplace relations policies, procedures, and best practices, including matters related to performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, providing information regarding employment terms, benefits, and career development opportunities.
• Gather and document job vacancy information from clients, including job descriptions and employment conditions, and align candidates with appropriate roles.
• Negotiate employment terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to applicable legislation, awards, and contracts.
• Address employment-related disputes and grievances regarding terms and conditions in a fair and timely manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably within the healthcare or staffing sectors.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, awards, and collective agreements pertinent to the Australian healthcare industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software.
• Capability to manage candidate pipelines and maintain personnel records with accuracy.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Discreet and professional in handling confidential candidate and employee information, in compliance with data protection regulations.
