Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placements.

• Promote job openings across multiple job boards, social media sites, and recruitment channels to attract qualified applicants.

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering regular updates and guidance throughout the hiring journey.

• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce demands.

• Keep candidate records updated in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment data.

• Actively source passive candidates through networking, databases, referrals, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.

• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates into their new positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or a customer-focused setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and clients.

• Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing tools is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple vacancies and deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the capability to identify suitable talent for diverse roles.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.

• Results-driven approach with robust problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving recruitment goals and objectives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
