Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for high-volume positions, focusing primarily on warehouse personnel and delivery drivers.

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and formulate effective recruiting strategies.

• Evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews, assessing their work history, skills, and salary expectations.

• Provide candidates with detailed information about the job, including responsibilities, company policies, and benefits.

• Issue job offers and facilitate the acceptance process.

• Maintain an active sourcing pipeline to address future hiring demands.

• Manage the onboarding process until candidates officially start with the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly focused on high-volume hiring.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer methodologies.

• Capability to build trust and work collaboratively with hiring managers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos is preferred.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
