Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.

• Conduct preliminary screenings and comprehensive interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and craft engaging job descriptions.

• Arrange interviews, perform reference checks, and coordinate background verifications.

• Present job offers and support salary negotiations.

• Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the candidate's journey.

• Oversee the talent lifecycle from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A C1 level of English is required; communication must be conducted exclusively in English during the entire shift.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or in a comparable talent acquisition position.

• Knowledge of sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and contemporary recruitment methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport swiftly.

• Strong decision-making capabilities and the skill to identify top talent.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized even under pressure.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar tools.

• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized job boards.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for creating job descriptions and outreach.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.

• High-level proficiency in Slack and Zoom.

• Must commit to one job; holding a second job is not allowed.

• Required to submit an English audio or video recording lasting 30–90 seconds.

• Must provide a publicly accessible link to the recording without login constraints.

• Must upload a screenshot showing the results of an internet speed test.

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
