Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for BDM and Sales positions throughout Africa and Asia.

• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential candidates via LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.

• Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates' motivation, communication styles, and compatibility with the market.

• Manage interview phases in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.

• Keep a well-structured and effective recruitment pipeline.

• Offer regular updates on hiring status, challenges faced, and insights into the market.

• Guarantee a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• At least 1 year of experience in international recruitment.

• Proven track record in hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or similar commercial roles.

• Familiarity with the Africa and/or Asia markets.

• Ability to manage roles independently from the intake stage to the offer stage.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Proficient in English, at a B2 level or higher.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn and ATS tools.

• Proficiency in Russian is a plus.

• Experience in fintech would be a significant advantage.
