This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone interviews to assess and qualify candidates for manufacturing and related positions.

• Oversee and assist with the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

• Promote job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

• Manage job postings and oversee candidate databases.

• Keep accurate records related to recruitment activities.

• Carry out clerical and administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.

• Assist in filling open positions and provide support to clients throughout Michigan.
