Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive recruitment efforts across various locations, departments, and job openings.

• Assess and filter a significant number of applications to pinpoint suitable candidates.

• Conduct 55 or more candidate screening interviews weekly.

• Execute structured initial interviews utilizing established hiring frameworks and scorecards.

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other avenues.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure precise maintenance of candidate records, statuses, notes, and next steps within the ATS.

• Follow up with candidates to expedite the hiring process.

• Build and sustain candidate pipelines for recurring and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Recognize recruiting obstacles and enhance hiring speed and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

• Conduct initial screening interviews for various roles.

• Consistently and accurately evaluate candidates.

• Identify top talent for the HR team.

• Maintain thorough records.

• Assist in high-volume hiring initiatives.

• Provide prompt communication to ensure team cohesion and operational efficiency.
