This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to formulate and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to substantiate offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative advice and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of essential Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Capability to lead intake meetings with hiring managers.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments.

• Proficiency in evaluating candidate profiles against position specifications.

• Skill in building talent pipelines.

• Capability to partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
