Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify specific position requirements

• Supply relevant market insights and recommendations

• Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position specifications

• Present strong candidate slates and establish talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• French Canadian speaking recruiter capable of managing requisitions in both Canada and the US

• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as iCIMS/ATS and social media platforms

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition

• Proficiency in the English language

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, from 8am to 5pm
