This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to outline position requirements.

• Supply pertinent market insights and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to devise and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to specified position criteria.

• Provide high-quality candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details utilizing market insights and compensation guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of key Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
