Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify specific position requirements.

• Provide pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to job specifications.

• Present robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance and industry insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Proven recruiting experience with notable successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week.

• Must reside in the United States, specifically in Wisconsin, as per job location requirements.
