Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify job specifications.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to formulate and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to job requirements.

• Provide strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market insights and compensation benchmarks.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Willingness to work the PH 3rd Shift, from 8 PM to 5 AM.
