This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position requirements

• Offer pertinent market insights and suggestions

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position specifications

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress

• Work alongside hiring leaders to define offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
