Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to outline position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide strong candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics pertinent to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.
