Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to outline position specifications, offering pertinent market data and suggestions.

• Work together with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate lists while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client during the entire recruitment cycle.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

• Provide outstanding talent and proactive, timely communication regarding search progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of key Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
