Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to design and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements.

• Provide strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details utilizing market data and compensation frameworks.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

• Ensure exceptional talent delivery and proactive, timely communication regarding search status.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in Taleo ATP is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST.
