Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process, starting from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, negotiating, and finalizing offers.

• Convert client requirements into detailed hiring profiles, interview scripts, and assessment tasks.

• Identify and attract candidates from Europe, Latin America, and the US where applicable.

• Conduct structured interviews in English.

• Create candidate shortlists and prepare comprehensive showcase reports.

• Organize interviews between clients and candidates.

• Facilitate client-candidate interviews and assist in negotiation processes.

• Aid clients in making hiring decisions and continue the search until positions are filled.

• Oversee the transition of placed talent during their initial weeks and address any issues with clients.

• Maintain the Teamtailor ATS and internal databases.

• Expand the LinkedIn candidate network and enhance the talent pool.

• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, screening, assessment, and communication tasks.

• Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend improvements.

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level Recruiter.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Significant experience in sourcing and hiring middle to senior remote specialists in digital sectors.

• Ideally, experience in a recruiting agency.

• Strong practical recruiting experience in Europe and Latin America.

• Familiarity with the US candidate market or working with US-based clients/roles is a plus.

• Daily usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms, and automation technologies.

• Strong business insight.

• Persuasive and warm communication abilities.

• Proven success in closing candidates within tight deadlines and maintaining candidate retention.

• Genuine enthusiasm for extensive communication with clients and candidates.

• Excellent organizational skills and proactive follow-up habits.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Empathy, a keen interest in people, critical thinking, and the ability to identify potential issues.

• Reliable computer system and robust internet connection.

• Availability that aligns with 11 am–7 pm Central European Time.

• Full dedication; this role should not be pursued alongside other work or studies.
