This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job intake through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and publish job advertisements across appropriate job boards and sourcing channels.
• Identify both active and passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and various recruiting tools.
• Review resumes and applications while conducting initial screenings of candidates.
• Facilitate interview coordination and ensure ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer preparation, reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment procedures as necessary.
• Keep precise candidate and hiring information updated within the ATS or other recruitment systems.
• Handle multiple open requisitions concurrently across different roles and departments.
• Address high-volume hiring needs for field, skilled trades, manufacturing, administrative, and other operational positions.
• Establish and nurture candidate pipelines for recurring and challenging-to-fill roles.
• Prioritize requisitions based on business demands, hiring timelines, and project requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
• Cultivate robust working relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Counsel hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting strategies as needed.
• Ensure that candidates have a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to enhancements in recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate communication.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting in a dynamic or high-volume environment.
• Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, field operations, or similar industries.
• Proficient sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and navigate competing priorities.
• Capacity to work independently while closely collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
