Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure the timely delivery of suitable talent

• Take ownership of the candidate and manager experience from the approval of requisitions to onboarding on the first day

• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for various requisitions

• Identify and source talent via job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations

• Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers

• Coordinate screening calls, follow-ups, and in-person interviews

• Manage logistics for interviews, including travel, accommodations, interview rooms, and debriefs

• Conduct outreach after interviews and communicate subsequent steps

• Adhere to ATS-driven logistics policies and practices

• Manage job postings and draft offer letters

• Connect candidates with appropriate opportunities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to address open positions

• Research and cultivate sustainable candidate pools

• Engage in structured conversations with candidates to evaluate their knowledge, skills, and abilities

⛳️ Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency, or high-volume setting

• Significant and productive experience, ideally in recruitment, retail, professional services, or customer service environments

• Proven experience in sourcing and engaging talent

• Interest in current recruiting trends, techniques, and technologies

• Strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills

• Capability to multitask and prioritize various projects

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, even amidst frequent interruptions

• High-touch customer service and communication skills
