This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of designated searches from initiation to the signing of the offer letter, ensuring clarity on role requirements, interview processes, decision-makers, compensation, and timelines.
• Create and sustain a pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn engagement, recruiting campaigns, referrals, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate applications and resumes, conduct preliminary calls and structured video interviews, and determine suitable next steps.
• Organize interviews with hiring managers, conduct skills and work-style assessments, technical evaluations, Core Value interviews, and professional reference checks.
• Compile comprehensive, decision-ready candidate information and facilitate prompt feedback and decisions from hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the VP of Talent and hiring managers to finalize offer details, draft and dispatch offer letters, address candidate inquiries, and ensure completion until the offer is signed.
• Ensure timely and respectful communication with candidates, including setting expectations, providing status updates, and delivering professional closure.
• Develop immediate and future candidate pipelines for recurring roles such as Accountant, Controller, CFO, and other professional or leadership positions.
• Maintain a prominent and consistent presence in the market through LinkedIn updates, networking, direct outreach, and long-term follow-up with candidates.
• Keep accurate candidate and requisition records in Paylocity and associated recruiting systems.
• Assess pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and time-to-hire; adapt strategies when activities fail to yield the desired outcomes.
• Establish partnerships with hiring managers, translating role requirements into sourcing strategies while identifying market realities, risks, or obstacles early on.
• Ensure job descriptions, postings, interview materials, and candidate communications remain current as roles and processes change.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, encompassing proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
• Preferred experience in recruiting accounting and finance professionals, with a proven track record of attracting senior-level and executive talent such as Controllers, Directors, Vice Presidents, CFOs, or equivalent leaders.
• Proven success in building passive candidate pipelines and talent communities through a strong LinkedIn presence, professional networking, referrals, direct outreach, recruiting campaigns, and other market-facing avenues.
• Ability to establish credibility with seasoned professionals, executive candidates, and senior hiring leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without compromising follow-through or the candidate experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data; experience with Paylocity is an advantage.
• Proficiency in conducting structured interviews, synthesizing candidate information, and conveying clear, objective assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
