This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails for NoGigiddy and its partner clients in a friendly and professional manner.

• Evaluate and direct inquiries to the relevant team members or departments.

• Arrange appointments, organize calendars, and send confirmation notifications.

• Accurately take messages and ensure prompt follow-up on all outstanding items.

• Maintain a virtual front desk presence during specified business hours.

• Update contact records and intake forms utilizing our CRM tools.

• Manage a high volume of communications effectively while maintaining warmth and precision.

• A formal degree is not necessary.

• Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are clear and professional.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask across various channels.

• Familiarity with basic scheduling software, Google Workspace, or similar applications.

• Access to reliable internet, a quiet working environment, and a high-quality headset or microphone.
