Rebate Reconciliation Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate pharmaceutical rebate reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment conflicts.

• Provide guidance, training, and expertise to analysts and senior analysts.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects, process enhancements, and system improvement initiatives.

• Enhance operational efficiency through automation, financial controls, and ongoing improvement.

• Create business requirements, documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

• Conduct analysis, reporting, testing, and root cause assessments.

• Collaborate with Invoicing, Research, Accounting, Client Support, Trade Relations, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Assist in complex account reconciliation as an individual contributor while offering management oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, operations, or analytical roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation functions.

• Strong experience with SQL, Teradata, GCP, or other data analytics platforms.

• Understanding of financial controls, auditing practices, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare operations, or rebate management.

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week.
