Rear Roller Doors Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish engineering requirements for components and systems.

• Design and develop engineering concepts and designs.

• Conduct packaging, tolerance, and feasibility assessments.

• Generate CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.

• Assist in CAE, prototype development, testing, sourcing, and validation processes.

• Address and resolve issues related to design, manufacturing, quality, and product launches.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients.

• Oversee engineering modifications and maintain documentation.

• Leverage extensive experience in vehicle development from concept to production and adept problem-solving skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle engineering within the relevant field.

• More than 2 years of CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Experience, or V5).

• Proficiency in GD&T and tolerance analysis.

• Understanding of DFMA and serviceability principles.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
