Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, ISA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Efficiently handle incoming calls from buyers, sellers, and the public in a prompt and professional manner.

• Quickly respond to new online inquiries from Zillow and other platforms, qualify them, and direct them to the appropriate agent.

• Schedule appointments, showings, and listing consultations on agents’ calendars.

• Reach out via calls, texts, and emails to past clients, sphere contacts, and older leads to identify potential buyers and sellers.

• Implement follow-up campaigns and nurture leads until they are prepared to engage with an agent.

• Record every interaction and subsequent steps in the CRM.

• Maintain the integrity of the CRM and lead platforms by merging duplicates, updating contact information, and correctly tagging and assigning leads.

• Ensure accuracy across administrative platforms and lead sources.

• Assist with recurring marketing activities such as weekly open house emails and seller follow-up tasks.

• Report to the broker and collaborate with the ISA team and Listing Coordinator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in U.S. real estate, mortgage, or ISA roles.

• Fluent and articulate in spoken and written English, and comfortable communicating with U.S. clients via phone throughout the day.

• Self-assured in making outbound calls and effectively managing objections.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to data integrity.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection, quiet working environment, and a quality headset.

• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss, Zillow, CINC, or comparable platforms.

• Proficiency in Spanish.

• Availability from Monday to Wednesday: 10 AM to 6 PM U.S. Central Time.

• Availability on Thursday: 9 AM to 4 PM U.S. Central Time.

• Availability on Sunday: 9 AM to 6 PM U.S. Central Time.

• Commitment to 40 hours per week.
